The CityBuses operate two routes at hourly intervals through the entire city area. According to the rendezvous principle, the routes overlap at some stops in the city center in the city center, so the frequency of arrivals and departures is correspondingly higher there.

Each line begins and ends at the station, thus ensuring a connection to the Rhineland-Palatinate rail service.

Within Alzey, the 421 regular-interval bus route follows a fixed route in both directions directions: railroad station - Ostdeutsche Straße - Obermarkt - stadium - Otto-Wels-Straße - cultural center - train station.

The Ring is operated alternately clockwise and anticlockwise, every hour.
