Travelling by car
Alzey has two motorway exits: the ALZEY exit (A 61) or the ERBES-BÜDESHEIM exit (A 63).
Follow the Alzey town’s parking guidance system to the car park closest to the Tourist Information Centre, ‘Tiefgarage / Museum’ (P2).
Disabled parking spaces are available both in the underground car park and in the car park in front of the Tourist Information Centre.
Travelling by bus
Follow the Alzey town parking guidance system to the “Zentrum” car park (P1), where we have reserved bus parking spaces. From the car park itself, red signs point the way to the Tourist Information Centre.
Travelling by train
Alzey has a railway station and good connections via Mainz Central Station, Bingen and Worms. From the station forecourt, red signs point the way to the Tourist Information Centre.
Timetable information for Vlexx trains
Once you’re here, you can make use of the town of Alzey’s convenient car-sharing scheme.
Visitors with walking difficulties and wheelchair users can use the city bus service from Alzey railway station. There is a bus stop directly below the Tourist Information centre.
From there, it is just a few metres to the entrance.
